Meringadan State School Visit
Synonymous with each community we visit, AORC are committed to ensuring we preserve and build the Off-Road talent across Australia. To ensure this continues, AORC and selected riders visit select local schools to help build awareness and provide the first steps in pursuing an off-road passion.
Kicking off 2020, the Yamaha MXstore Ballards Offroad Team made up of Jessica Gardiner, Jeremy Carpentier and Danielle McDonald took the reins and gave the Meringadan State School a morning they won’t forget. Students were given the chance to understand what goes into being an athlete and how to protect yourself on and off the bike, as well as the chance to receive a signed poster and witness one of Jeremy Carpentier’s classic wheelies.
Visit Toowoomba
This year’s opening rounds are just 30 minutes’ drive north of central Toowoomba, in Meringandan. With favourable conditions in the area in the lead up to this weekend, all three tracks are primed for all our competitors over the course of the next 48 hours.
